Process

Process to prepare harden decorate protect and maintain

 

All different grinding process is conducted with an ultra propane powered vacuum system attached to all grinding equipment to limit any dusting problems.

  1. First Step Grind Concrete Surface using a propane grinder with different metal diamond bond to remove old coatings.
  2.  Second Step Grind Concrete Surface with finer metal diamond bonds to progressively flatten floor surface.
  3.  Third Step Densifier worked into concrete with spray or brush application, this process increases hardness, durability and life of concrete floors as it stops dusting issues.
  4. Fourth Step Polish with resin bond in different grids to achieve desired level of gloss and reflectance.
  5.  Fifth Step Guard Seal. Resist spills and stains and improves gloss and reflectance at every finish level.6.     The concrete will be smooth to the touch.
